<InstantShot!> Mac App Store

Hi,
Do you have plans for InstantShot on the Mac App Store ?
It's more convenient for updates.
Also, with Mountain Lion coming this summer and its new Gatekeeper feature, it would be better if InstantShot is a Mac App Store application.

<InstantShot!> A bug in OS 10.7.3

I encountered a problem with the Desktop Picture mostly disappearing. It disappeared except under the menu bar. I traced it down to the "Show Background Window." When “Show Background Window” is checked the Desktop Picture disappears. Just a white space shows except, as noted, under the Menu Bar. I unchecked “Show Background Window” but every time Instashot! restarts, “Show Background Window” is checked again. Is there any way to stop it?

<InstantShot!> Snap from DVD Player?

Since upgrading to OSX 10.7 Lion, screeen-caps of a movie playing in DVD player now just appear as blank transparencies.

I understand this is Apple's code at work... but any chance of InstantShot being able to override this?
